- All year long, your best productions (in TV, Cinema and Web) will be evaluated in four regions of the world.
- One single entry gives you right to four judgment steps.
- At each step, your films will be judged by a jury of local TV producers and producers.
- Four judging steps:
+ Shanghai – April, 23rd 2009 (jury members from Greater China)
+ Dubai – June, 11th 2009 (jury members from India, South Africa and the Middle East)
+ Saõ Paulo – September 2009 (jury members from South America)
+ Meribel Cristal Festival – December 13th 2009 (jury members from Europe)

- Enter your latest productions every four months. The deadlines are: March 31st, July 31st and November 20th.
- Each film entered once is automatically entered for the other three judgment steps (12 months validity) with no additional charge.
- Every time, the juries will establish two prize lists:
+ An International Ranking which will reflect the major trends of the worldwide production industry.
+ A Regional Award which will reward the best works of the area.
